Members of the Committee of Emerging Professionals in Architecture (CEPA) attended a seminar with Lee D. Boss, CPA of The Mercadien Group, an accounting firm based in the Princeton area.  Members and guests learned about several topics of interest for the intern and licensed architect alike, including: Business Basics/Financial Fluency, Critical Success Factors & Key Performance Indicators.  The event was held at Taproom & Grill in Haddon Township, NJ. NETWORKING SOCIAL: The CEPA Group meet most recently on September 22nd, 2015 at Pinsetter’s Bar & Bowl in Merchantville, NJ.  The event was social, a networking event where attendees enjoyed bowling, friendly competition and discussed several of the upcoming events below. A group of 16 AIA Members and guests toured several historic buildings during the AIA West Jersey Philadelphia Walking Tour on Saturday Sept. 19.  The tour was led by Richard Frey of Your Philadelphia Tour, LLC, a very knowledgeable guide who narrated the history and geography of the Philadelphia landmarks and delivered us a better understanding of the city and the region.
