An unfortunate aspect of our profession is that Architects are often subjected to lawsuits and E&O claims. This seminar, led by Attorney Raymond Michaud, will help you better understand how to avoid legal consequences and how to handle those that can’t be avoided. We will take a deep dive into the NJ Statutory Requirements/Ethics laws for Architects along with understanding how to avoid litigation from the start of a project and what to do when it is unavoidable.
