Jessica O’Donnell, AIA
2020 AIA West Jersey Immediate Past President
Jessica O’Donnell, AIA, is a Project Architect at Kitchen and Associates, in Collingswood, New Jersey. She has over nine years of experience in residential and mixed-use building design, holds an NCARB certificate, and is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Jessica is a graduate of Oklahoma State University where she earned her Bachelor of Architecture degree with a minor in Environmental Studies in 2011. During her five years at OSU she was a Division I Equestrian Team member, a member of the American Institute of Architecture Students, and a volunteer with the Architecture Students Teaching Elementary Kids (ASTEK) program.
As a young professional she is committed to developing a community within New Jersey that promotes the professional growth of emerging professionals while fostering camaraderie among the younger generations within the architecture profession through inclusive events that encompass the different design disciplines. Jessica is a mentor for the ACE Camden program as well as NJSBA-US Army Steam Tank competitions.
In addition to her role as West Jersey Immediate Past President, Jessica currently serves as the Knowledge Director for AIA National’s Young Architect Architect’s Forum and is also an Advisor to AIA New Jersey’s Emerging Professionals Community (EPiC). As a founding member of EPiC, she has helped shape the community and its efforts to promote the professional growth of emerging architects and provide service to local communities through advocacy, education, and public outreach events. In recognition of her contributions to the community and profession, Jessica was awarded the 2019 AIA New Jersey Young Architect of the Year award.
Troy Harris, AIA, LEED AP
2020 AIA West Jersey President
Troy Harris, AIA, LEED AP is a Senior Project Manager at Ignarri Lummis Architects in Cherry Hill, NJ. While at Ignarri Lummis, Troy has primarily worked on retail tenant fit-outs, retail center rehabilitation projects, supermarkets and dental offices. With nationally recognized retail clients, Troy has worked on projects throughout the United States, giving him the opportunity to work with a variety of property owners and building department jurisdictions.
As a member of the Ignarri Lummis staff for 12 years Troy has become relied on for his construction, detailing and code knowledge as well as his BIM program knowledge. In addition to running his own projects Troy is responsible for scheduling the staffing of all projects at Ignarri Lummis.
Troy attended Montana State University and obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Environmental Design in 2006 and a Masters of Architecture in 2008. He is a licensed architect in the state of New Jersey and holds an NCARB certificate. As an advocate of sustainable design practices, Troy became a LEED Accredited Professional in 2009. He believes that architects must take the lead in decreasing our country’s energy consumption and promote environmentally responsible lifestyles through the built environment we design; as licensed architects we have dedicated ourselves to protecting the health and safety of the public.
Troy grew up in Monroeville and currently resides in Mickleton with his wife. He is a member of the Woodstown Moose Lodge #932 and is a past Treasurer and Trustee on their executive board. He is an avid skier and participates in a variety of outdoor activities including hiking, whitewater kayaking, rock climbing, and hunting.
Mark Barone, AIA
2020 AIA West Jersey Trustee
Mark Barone, AIA, is the Principal of Mark Barone Architect, located in Haddonfield, New Jersey. The firm offers architectural services and consultation for residential and light commercial projects. He is a licensed Architect in New Jersey and New York, and is a certified member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Masters of Architecture degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark, New Jersey.
As an active member of the American Institute of Architects, Mark looks forward to expanding the AIA West Jersey Chapter’s involvement in community service projects and increasing member participation in the Emerging Professionals Community (EPiC).
He resides in Haddonfield, New Jersey with his wife and two children.
Erica Anderson-Blaylock, Associate AIA
2020 AIA West Jersey Treasurer
Erica Anderson-Blaylock, Assoc. AIA, is an Architectural Designer at Coscia Moos Architecture (CMA) in Philadelphia, PA. While specializing in Healthcare Architecture, Erica’s role at CMA includes working with clients and consultants in all phases of projects from initial design through construction administration. With her self-driven nature and thorough attention to detail, Erica ensures that each project she works on is efficiently and effectively coordinated. She also has experience working on other design projects including educational, commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential architecture and interior design.
As a design professional, Erica has always been motivated by the fact that the design of our built environment directly influences society in the way we work and live; and vice versa. Throughout her professional experience she has learned that successful design is one that creates functional, sustainable and visually appealing spaces for its inhabitants. Having grown up working for her family’s large construction company, Erica recognizes the need for an open collaboration between designers and contractors to creatively solve problems and effectively build one’s designs.
Erica received her Bachelor of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is currently pursing her licensure. As Team Leader for the Camden ACE (Architecture, Construction & Engineering) Mentor Program, Erica is committed to mentoring high school students interested in pursing a career in the building industry. She lives in Deptford, NJ with her husband and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
William Andes, AIA
2020 AIA West Jersey President-Elect
Bill Andes, AIA, is an Associate Principal and Project Manager at Ballinger in Philadelphia, PA. Since joining the firm in 2005, Bill has been involved in a number of significant projects for some of the region’s largest companies, including Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Boeing, Reading Hospital, University of Rhode Island, Shore Medical Center, and the University of Rochester Medical Center. Bill enjoys working on complex projects where he can lead a large team of architects, engineers, and consultants through documentation and construction. He recently completed the Roberts Center for Pediatric Research at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and is currently working on a new community hospital in King of Prussia, PA.
Prior to joining Ballinger, Bill worked at Schmitt Anderson Architects in Metuchen, NJ where he worked on institutional and mixed-use projects for corporate clients.
Born and raised in New Jersey, Bill graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor’s of Architecture and is licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He lives in Medford with his wife and daughter.
Lauren Harris, Assoc. AIA
2020 AIA West Jersey Emerging Professionals Community (EPiC) Advisor
Lauren currently serves as the 2020-2022 Regional Associate Director representing New Jersey’s Emerging Professionals at the National Associates Committee. Lauren also serves as Chair of the AIA-NJ – Women In Architecture Committee and a Trustee for the NJAPAC – New Jersey Architects’ Political Action Committee.
Along with her notable AIA volunteer resume credentials, Lauren also makes time to give back to the surrounding communities and proactively reaches out to local schools and students. She championed her office’s participation in the 2018 CANstruction Pennsauken event benefitting the Food Bank of South Jersey and has supported both local and state-wide STEAM initiatives for the past two years. Through her STEAM involvement, Lauren combines several of her passions and showcases the diverse knowledge of an architect by mentoring children of all ages. Lauren provides guidance on a variety of potential inventions from aquaponic farms to tiny homes, sparking the children to think bigger and bolder.
Lauren graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology as an Albert Dorman Honors Scholar, Cum Laude, with a Bachelor’s of Architecture degree with a minor in Environmental and Sustainable Studies. Lauren’s research in Bio-Enabled Façade Engineering, which proposes to mitigate carbon emissions and generate biolipids for on-site energy production within the building façade, has received first place in the 2015 Dana Knox Research Showcase and was presented at the eCADDe Conference in Finland. Her work in Soft Robotics and Emerging Architectural Material appeared in Architectural Digest, January 2016 issue.

2020 AIA West Jersey Trustee
John J. Glaviano, AIA, GGP is a Project Manager and Senior Architect at Kitchen & Associates in Collingswood, New Jersey. He is a licensed architect with over 25 years of experience in residential, mixed-use and municipal facility design. John is a past President of AIA West Jersey and currently resides in Mickleton, New Jersey with his wife and 12-year old son. 2019 marks John’s 14th year on the AIA WJ Board of Directors where he currently serves as a Trustee. John also serves as a Co-Program Director for the AIA West Jersey and Temple University ‘Business of Architecture’ Certificate program at Temple University. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Throughout his career John has worked on many notable buildings including the Flyers’ practice facility in Voorhees, New Jersey, renovations to Caesars Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City as well as designing several restaurants including Planet Hollywood at Caesars and the Chop House in Gibbsboro, New Jersey. In addition to design work, John has served as the Architectural Construction Manager for the terminal expansion of the Atlantic City International Airport and as an Owner Representative for the restoration of the historic 160-year old Glassboro Train Station in Glassboro, New Jersey. Recent projects at Kitchen & Associates include large scale student housing projects at Texas A&M, Penn State University, the University of North Carolina – Charlotte and the University of Arkansas with projects ranging from 255,000 sf to 425,000 sf.
Robert W. O’Reilly, AIA, LEED AP

Robert O’Reilly, AIA, LEED AP is a licensed Architect with over 40 years of experience. Bob is currently employed with Kitchen and Associates an Architectural firm in Collingswood, NJ. His interest in sustainable design and energy conservation led him to become a LEED Accredited Professional through the U.S. Green Building Council. Bob has designed several LEED certified buildings throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Robert has a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering with a minor in Construction Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology where he also studied architecture.
Bob accumulated experience in estimating, design, and project management by working with various design firms across New Jersey. Not long after acquiring his New Jersey licensure as an architect, Bob transitioned his talents into the construction management arena by fulfilling a senior project management role at Wu & Associates, Inc. and eventually was a co-founder and principal of Arch Design Architects for 15 years.
In his spare time, Bob is active with the AIA West Jersey Section and also resides on the AIA New Jersey L&GA (Legislation & Government Affairs) Committee, New Jersey AIA COTE (Committee On The Environment), and AIA National Best Practices Committee. Robert is also very active with his church and community outreach. Bob was also the past AIA-WJ President in 2011.

David Lummis, AIA is a principal with the firm of Ignarri-Lummis Architects in Cherry Hill. Dave is a licensed architect in New Jersey and forty-one other states. The firm specializes in retail development and medical and dental office facilities across the country. He also holds a New Jersey Professional Planner’s license, is a New Jersey licensed ICS Building Inspector, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Justin Adamczyk-DeLarge, Assoc. AIA

Justin Adamczyk-DeLarge, Assoc. AIA, is a Staff Architectural Designer at Francis Cauffman Architects in Philadelphia, PA. He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and has worked on a wide range of projects from Healthcare, Higher Education, Mixed-use, to Residential. Working at various firms with different expertise and sizes has allowed him to experience the many different aspects of design in all it’s phases in his young career.
Randy Hartzell, Assoc. AIA
2020 AIA West Jersey Secretary
Randy Hartzell, Assoc. AIA, is a Project Manager at City Invincible Architecture (CI), a Spiezle Group, Inc. Company, in Camden, NJ. Randy’s primary focus is Multi-Family new construction in NJ and PA working with clients and consultants from early design into site approval to completed construction documents through construction administration to close out of the project. Prior to joining CI, Randy spent nearly 15 years working for a national builder in different roles on residential projects across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions with his last 8 years managing projects in DE, NJ, NY, and PA. Before starting his Architectural education, Randy spent time learning building trades such as rough and finish carpentry, electrical, and plumbing in both indoor factory and outdoor settings which provided an invaluable foundation for understanding how to build and challenges faced by those who make designs a reality. He is currently in pursuit of his licensure.
Michael Rosado, Assoc. AIA
2020 AIA West Jersey Trustee
Michael Rosado, AIA Associate, is an emerging professional at Kitchen & Associates. While at K&A, Michael primarily specializes in asset preservation and has worked on affordable housing along with adult/autism daycares. He is on track to licensure and holds ambitions for earning LEED and WELL certifications.
As a recent graduate from Marywood University, Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture along with a minor in philosophy. Within his 5 years of schooling, he has been involved in many programs such as AIAS, NOMA, and Habitat for Humanity. Some of his best experiences in life stem from traveling abroad and exposing himself to different cultures and ways of thinking.
Michael looks forward to immersing himself in his architectural career along with the AIA West Jersey community. He is committed to participating and growing the Emerging Professionals Community (EPiC), along with various other programs.
Keith Peacock, AIA
2023 AIA West Jersey President
Keith has more than 30 years of architectural experience with 15 years of experience leading multifamily, market-rate and mixed-use projects, and he contributes expert-level insight into the design and project management nuances of these typologies. He is Thriven Design’s leader in BIM systems and rendering software, and his technical expertise and proficiency with these tools has made him the firm’s primary resource in developing construction documentation production standards company-wide.
Outside of the office, Keith’s commitment to community involvement has led him to rich and rewarding volunteer experiences with The Salvation Army, the National Down Syndrome Society Buddy-Walk, as an elected official for his local school board, and is also President-Elect of AIA West Jersey for 2022.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Drexel University, and is a registered architect in four states.
