Join us this month on the 20th for a building tour at the Kroc Center!
The Salvation Army’s Ray and Joan Kroc Corps Community Center in Camden NJ is one of the country’s largest in the area totaling just over 120,000 sq. ft. Full of innovative and sustainable programming, the center was built to advance the organization’s unique family and community-oriented mission. The tour will be led by the Project Architect and Project Manager from Kitchen & Associates who will describe successful and innovative applications of daylighting in interior spaces through intelligent building design, systems and material selection. The tour guide will also review important aspects of designing an open, healthy, community-oriented facility while maintaining safety and security in a community center.
The event will kick off on Saturday at 9:30 with some networking and morning refreshments (tour starts at 10am). Families / Kids are welcome to attend the tour. Registration is limited to 30 max, so RSVP today!
